STB - Limiting transferred right to key employees in 2007 2007-08-23 - HOSE
Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial JSB. (STB) announced of resolution of BOD about limiting transferred right to key employees in 2007, as follows:
Limiting transferred right from Aug 16th 2007 to July 01st 2010 to distributed capital VND 20,000,000,000 ( equal to 2,000,000 shares) for key employees in issuing shares in order to increase charter capital VND 4,448,814,170,000.
